By visiting our site and purchasing something from us, you engage in our 'service' and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions.

Some of our products contain, nuts, eggs, milk and other allergens. Please refer to product packaging for further information.
Where photographic props have been used (Lights, drinks, utensils etc.), these are not included unless stated. The products included in the hamper are described in the product list.
The products available in our hampers, have a minimum shelf life of 5 days from point of despatch for most perishable goods. If the hamper contains the following- fruit, bread and other baked goods, the shelf life should be reduced by 2 days. Please ensure delivery is scheduled mindful of this timescale.
The weights given are approximate and packaging may differ from what is displayed.
If supply difficulties arise, The SA Kitchen will substitute in good(s) of the best quality and value.
All items featured within our website and social media are subject to availability.
Items where alcohol is present can only be ordered by and delivered to persons aged 18 and over.
The complimentary gift ribbon service is subject to availability and may vary according to season and occasion.
The Hampers and their contents are packed for safe and secure transportation using the appropriate packaging methods.
Our baskets and hampers are made from natural materials, weave styles and willow colours/shades/finishes may differ from our displayed products.
The SA Kitchen will do their absolute best to ensure deliveries are made on the requested date, please kindly note that such dates serve as estimates and cannot be guaranteed .
